The Montco GOP Leadership: Robert Griffith
Robert "Griff" Griffith is treasurer of the Montgomery County Republican Committee. Griff has been an active member of the Republican Party since 1990 when he joined Abington Township/Rockledge Borough Republican Organization (ATRO). After a term as an Abington School Board Director, he was elected to Republican State Committee in 1996 and remains in the position today.
In the past 12 years, Griff has become extremely active in ATRO. He served as chairman for four years before stepping down to serve as treasurer of the Republican Committee.
Griff is president of Abington Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, PC, and is the president of the Montgomery County Board of Health. He served as a Lt. Colonel with the Army Medical Department.
Griff and his wife, Annette, a radiologist at Abington Memorial Hospital, have two children.
