Garrett is the three-time elected Treasurer for Montgomery County,where for the past 9 years he has protected your tax dollars.
For 26 years, he has practiced law in Montgomery County in the areas of civil litigation, criminal, estates and family law. He is currently the solicitor for Lutheran Children and Family Agency, protecting at risk children and assuring their proper placement in foster homes.
Garrett is active on numerous community boards, including serving as the Chairman of Academic Affairs at Arcadia University, the President of the Abington Township Library Board and a member of the Deacon Board at Salem Baptist Church.
