COURTHOUSE - Robert Kerns was reelected chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Committee (MCRC) at a recent party reorganization meeting held at Crowne Plaza Hotel in King of Prussia.
Kerns, who had no challengers for the chairmanship, was voted in by acclamation as voices shouted a chorus of "aye" from the packed banquet hall Thursday evening. There were no dissenting votes.
Oppose the Employee Free Choice Act
The Employee Free Choice Act (Card Check) does away with the secret ballot for workers when they are voting whether or not to join a union.
The legislation would take away one of Americans' most basic rights, to cast their ballot without fear of coercion or retribution. This legislation has the potential to put countless Pennsylvanian employers out of business and cause massive layoffs.
Help us defeat Card Check today by signing a petition and making your stance known.
